We are blessed with countless volunteers, of all ages, who enable us to minister to the children and families of our congregation and the wider community
We enthusiastically welcome new and first-time volunteers!
Church School Teachers
Teachers serve on teaching teams and work together, with the assistance of supplied curriculum resources, to educate and minister to the children of this congregation each Sunday morning.
Check the Church School Teacher Page for more information including a calendar for the current year, Sunday morning procedures, emergency and evacuation plans, and general information.
Worship Explorers Storytellers and Helpers
Parents, friends and family members are always welcome to the Worship Center to experience this unique program for children held during the 11:00 worship service. Training and resources are available for those interested in becoming a Worship Leader or Storyteller.
Club 3·4·5 Leaders
Club 3·4·5 leaders work as a team to plan and facilitate events for this 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade fellowship group. Events are held monthly on Friday evenings, September to May.
Children’s & Family Ministry Committee
This committee plans for and administers Sunday morning church school for age 2 through grade 5, training and supporting the team of about sixty teachers, helpers, and substitutes. The C&FM committee also oversees worship explorers, parent and family events, seasonal programs, summer church school, vacation bible school, and PresbyCamp.
Meetings are held the first Monday of each month.
Vacation Bible School & PresbyCamp Volunteers
Volunteers are needed in varied capacities to make this high-energy and fun week a success.
These summer programs are held annually the last week of June.
Special Event Volunteers
Many events are held seasonally for children and families in our congregation. Food preparation, set-up & take-down, event registration and event supervision are all ways our many volunteers support and minister to the families and children of our church.
