Marisa Charles, an international development specialist raised at Nassau Church, reflects on her decade of work in Burma/Myanmar, which has coincided with the country’s ongoing transition to democracy. Explore the foundational experiencs that prompted her life abroad, the joys and challenges of living in a country that is not your own, and the people, experiences, and local initiatives that give her hope for Myanmar’s future.
Sunday Morning for Children and Youth
Children and youth are always welcome in our services of worship.
Childcare is available for infants and toddlers in the Nursery (Lower Level) during the service.
Summer Church School
Summer Church School classes begin following “Time with Children” in the service. Children ages three to four attend class in Room 07. Children rising kindergarten to grade two may go to a story and activity time in Room 04.
