Transitional Associate Pastor
Nassau Presbyterian Church in Princeton, NJ is searching for a transitional associate pastor. The position shares leadership with the pastoral and program staff team to serve our faith community and strengthen the church and congregational life, with a focus on pastoral care. A strong focus will be leading the robust ministry of the Deacons. The transitional associate pastor will also participate in worship leadership and preaching. Strong candidates will have pastoral care experience in a multi-staff congregation and be able to provide a calming and guiding presence in a time of change. Being an Ordained Minister of Word and Sacrament in the PC (USA) or a denomination with a “Formula of Agreement” is required, along with training in Transitional Ministry in the PC (USA).
